Valuation

• Valuation of trading companies in order to conclude transactions: privatisations, mergers and acquisitions, increase in capital, sale of majority or minority stakes;
• Valuation in order to reflect the "just value" of the items of assets and liabilities in the financial statements of trading companies, in compliance with the requirements of the International Accounting Standards – for instance, the just value of lands and fixed assets according to the alternative accounting treatment allowed by IAS 16 or the "purchase price allocation" in a business combination according to the requirements of IFRS 3;
• Valuation opinions addressing the administrators, on the objectivity of transactions between affiliated parties;
• Valuation of trading companies’ assets, including intellectual property rights, for any purpose, including fiscal reporting;
• Regular valuations for companies that are not listed on the Stock Exchange in order to assess their economic performance;
• Valuation of shares for takeover bids;
• Valuation of bank guarantees and mortgages;
• Valuation of damages and insurance values.
